1.) Start by filling out our inquiry form and sharing the details of your special occasion. We’ll reach back out to you within 48 hours to confirm your details and availability.
2.) We’ll gather a $25 deposit to secure your date and begin working on your mockup designs. This deposit is non-refundable however, will go towards your final bill (or as a credit for a future event if you decide to change your mind at any point!).
3.) From there, we will begin working on your custom mockup for your event. We’ll work with you to make sure your design will be what you’re envisioning.
4.) Once the decor is approved, we’ll send over a contract and invoice to finalize your booking.
5.) Then, the countdown begins! We’ll handle everything, ensuring your decor is ready to shine at your designated installation or pickup time.
